GRC Residential Construction LLC is a family-owned business, its origins going back to 1987, when Heriberto Guevara, who had immigrated from Honduras to Austin, Texas, spent five years working for Residential Painting companies. In 1993, he moved to the commercial painting sector, completing jobs across universities, banks, schools, and leasing spaces as a lead foreman and coordinator for over 10 years. During this time, he also embarked on his journey as a subcontractor across both the commercial and residential sectors. Over the years, Heriberto accrued a distinguished clientele and formed longstanding connections with a variety of home builders. In 2005, he officially founded “Guevara’s Painting & Remodeling.” Following in his father’s footsteps, Erick A Guevara soon joined his father’s growing business.

At a very young age, Erick showed a great desire for and interest in the residential construction sector. Erick has experience in handling all elements of the business, including day-to-day operations and hands-on construction on home improvement projects. To top off his natural talent and love for construction, Erick also attended Austin Community College and graduated with a degree in construction management to further improve his knowledge of the sector.

Thanks to the combination of the many years of experience of Guevara Sr plus the versatile skills and knowledge of Guevara Jr, they stand second to none as an up and coming family-owned company.
